Required Moves: Split grip straddle, pike step overs, pole elbow stands, one-armed handstand variations, reverse backhand grab to climb, apprentice to anchor, pirouette variations, cup grip and twisted grip shoulder mount and be able to invert to leg hang, and plastic strip acro moves.
